"Polar Bear" and a Young Friend
We have a Friend that needs a better home! Hello, I first want to say that it's a wonderful thing you do for our "little" friends. I have visited your site on several occasions and am amazed at your facility and its residents. I am inquiring to see if you would have room for one more. We were in the process of preparing to move to a new house, and in haste I went out and got "Polar Bear," a Great Pyrenees. The deal on the house fell through and we are stuck in our condo. "Polar Bear" needs more room to run and grow than what we can currently provide. As much as we don't want to give him up, it is not fair to him. "Polar Bear" is wonderful with kids. We have four children - 10, 4, 18 months, and a foster daughter, 14 months. He is very playful and gentle with them. He is house-broken, 17 weeks old, and is the smartest dog I have ever owned or known. We researched your program when we were considering adoption and one thing we didn't want to do is to put an ad in the paper for a 'free dog to a good home.' We're worried about those sick people that take pleasure in being cruel to innocent animals. We found it comforting to see that you do an extensive application for those that want to adopt from your home. Attached is a photo of "Polar Bear." Thank you in advance for any help. Sincerely, Becky and Joe |
